Your Databricks badges and certificates are issued through Accredible and tied to the exact email address used for your exam or course. If a credential seems missing, the most common cause is signing in with a different email than the one used at exam time.
Note
Badges and certifications may take up to 48 hours to be issued after you complete an exam or course.
For exam certificates or badges (earned on passing an exam):
- Go to credentials.databricks.com and click Sign In.
- Sign in with the email in the Email field of your Webassessor profile (this may differ from your Webassessor username).
- Click My Credentials in the top-right corner, then open and download your certificate or badge.
For course completion certificates:
- Log in to Databricks Academy and open My Courses and Learning Plans.
- Open the completed course and download the certificate from the top-right corner. If it isn't marked complete, finish any remaining lessons first.
Still can't find it?
If your credential is missing after 48 hours or needs to be moved to a different email, submit a support ticket with:
- Full name
- Certification/course name
- Exam/completion date
- The email used for the exam or the email you'd like the credential on if different
- A screenshot of your Pass result or completion confirmation
