1. Exam taken with company email address
Ensure that:
- Your Databricks Partner Academy account is registered using your company email address.
- Maintain only one account in the Partner Academy.
2. Exam taken with personal email address
Ensure that:
- Your Databricks Partner Academy account is registered using your company email address.
- The personal email address used to take the exam is added as a secondary email in your Partner Academy profile.
- Maintain only one account in the Partner Academy.
Note
If you have more than one account (for example, one with a company email and another with a personal email):
- Submit a support ticket with details.
- Provide the confirmation to delete other accounts.
Only the account registered with the company email address should be retained.
